CNC Milling

A CNC milling machine is a machine tool with computer control. The processing tool and the raw material workpiece are controlled by a computer program.

It is a highly versatile tool and allows for the processing of a wide range of materials,including:

  • contour cutting;
  • sheet material cutting;
  • computer-guided cutting;
  • CNC machine milling (SNS);
  • milling and engraving services;
  • cutting of particle board, MDF, OSB, plywood, and wood;
  • CNC machine cutting;
  • curved cutting and milling;
  • plywood cutting;
  • milling of fluoroplastics;
  • coordinate drilling.

The broad range of processable materials, 2D and 3D processing modes, and large working area dimensions provide significant technological advantages.

The milling process for creating 3D models begins with writing a control program for the machine. When writing the program, the operator must take into account many factors that affect the speed and quality of the model’s milling, as well as the characteristics of the machine and cutting tool.

At our enterprise, we use a material jointing technology that allows the production of models of any size, unrestricted by the working area of the machine itself.
